Student apartment with 2-4 rooms
Would you like to live with your best friend or partner during your studies? Then this type of home is perfect for you!
When you rent a multi-room student apartment, you will have an apartment with two to four rooms and your own kitchenette or kitchen. Only one person is listed on the rental agreement, but having a co-tenant is required.
You are allowed to have pets in this type of home.
Please note that your co-tenant must have a registered account with us before you can book a housing option that requires a co-tenant (register here). You will also need to present your co-tenant’s ID when signing the rental agreement. A co-tenant cannot hold their own tenancy agreement with Stockholms studentbostäder.
If your co-tenant is your child, you must instead present a valid family certificate. The family certificate is issued by the Swedish Tax Agency and is sent to you by post. Please make sure to order the family certificate well in advance before booking accommodation.
