Book a final cleaning

Move-out Cleaning with Cleanfresh

Through a collaboration with the cleaning company Cleanfresh, we offer you the opportunity to book final cleaning at a favourable price when moving out. In addition to cleaning all rooms including kitchen and bathroom, window cleaning and rinsing of water locks are also included.

Price: SEK 55/m² with RUT deduction (SEK 110/m² without RUT deduction – read more at skatteverket.se). This price applies under normal wear and tear and may vary depending on the condition of the accommodation.

Booking

To book, contact Cleanfresh no later than one week before your contract ends at info@cleanfresh.se.

In order for the cleaning to be carried out, your room or apartment must be completely emptied of your belongings. This also applies to kitchens – any kitchen cabinets and refrigerators in shared kitchens must also be fully emptied.

If your apartment is unusually dirty or contains items that have been left behind, Cleanfresh reserves the right to charge extra for emptying and sanitation.

If the cleaning is not approved

Please note that if you choose to clean the accommodation yourself and the cleaning is not approved, you will be charged:

• SEK 1,500 for emergency cleaning
• an hourly cleaning fee
• as well as SEK 524 for administration of the emergency cleaning

If the cleaning is not approved and we need to arrange cleaning on your behalf, you will not be eligible for the RUT tax deduction.

Return of keys

You can choose to return your keys directly to Cleanfresh free of charge. The keys must then be handed in at their office. If you return your keys to us at SSSB before the final cleaning has been carried out, the cleaning cannot be performed and you will be charged for on-call cleaning and a cleaning fee.
