Move-out cleaning with Cleanfresh

Through our collaboration with the cleaning company Cleanfresh, you can book move-out cleaning at a favourable price when moving out. The offer includes cleaning of all rooms, including the kitchen and bathroom, as well as window cleaning and cleaning of the bathroom floor drain.

Price: SEK 55/m² with the RUT tax deduction (SEK 110/m² without the RUT tax deduction – read more on the Swedish Tax Agency’s website). Please note that this price applies under normal wear and tear and may vary depending on the condition of the home. The invoice must be paid in advance. Contact Cleanfresh for a quote.

Booking

To book move-out cleaning, contact Cleanfresh at info@cleanfresh.se no later than one week before your tenancy agreement ends.

For the cleaning to be carried out, your room or apartment must be completely emptied of your belongings. If you live in a student room, your own shelf or equivalent space in the kitchen cabinets and fridge in the shared kitchen must also be completely emptied.

If the home is unusually dirty or if any belongings have been left behind, Cleanfresh reserves the right to charge an additional fee for emptying and sanitation.

If the cleaning is not approved

If you choose to clean the home yourself and the cleaning is not approved, you will be charged for:

• SEK 1,500 for emergency cleaning
• cleaning charged by the hour
• SEK 524 for administration of the emergency cleaning

If the cleaning is not approved and we need to arrange cleaning for you, you cannot use the RUT tax deduction.

Returning your keys

You can choose to return your keys directly to Cleanfresh at no extra cost. The keys should then be returned to the Cleanfresh office.

If you return your keys to us before the move-out cleaning has been carried out, Cleanfresh will not be able to perform the cleaning. You will then be charged for emergency cleaning and cleaning.
