How to book a laundry room

You as a tenant have access to a laundry room in or directly adjacent to the property you live in. You book either via our digital laundry room booking, by downloading the Aptus Home app on the App Store/Google Play or manually on a booking board outside the laundry room.

• Your username and password are your object number, which you can find in your rental agreement.
• Download the Aptus Home app and follow the manual to get started.
• Activate your laundry session using your Aptus tag when you start your wash.
• You cannot activate your laundry session before your booked time.
• If you don’t activate your booking within 15 minutes, the time will be automatically cancelled and become available again.
• You can book one or two sessions at a time.
• Always cancel any bookings you don’t intend to use so someone else can book the time.
