Collective housing

When you live in a student room in a collective apartment or double room, you have your own room and share the kitchen, bathroom and other common areas with the other residents. Only one person may live in each student room.

In some of our collective housing, you pay rent for 10 months per year. This means that you will not receive a rent invoice for June and July.

In this type of housing, everyone has a shared responsibility for keeping the common areas clean and tidy. You are expected to clean the kitchen after cooking, sort your waste and take care of your rubbish. You are also responsible for keeping your own shelf in the fridge and your kitchen cupboards clean.

For everyday life in the home to run smoothly, everyone needs to cooperate and follow the rotating cleaning schedule. Cleaning materials and equipment are purchased and paid for by the tenants.

You are not allowed to have pets in this type of housing.

Where is our collective housing located?

Our collective housing is located in several areas in Stockholm. Here are the areas where we offer collective housing:

• Hugin & Munin – in Gärdet, close to the metro and green areas.
• Lucidor – in Gamla Stan, centrally located in Stockholm.
• Kurland – in Vasastan, close to Odenplan and KTH.
