Consideration for your neighbours

We want all our tenants to feel at home and show consideration for one another. Avoid disturbing your neighbours with loud music, excessive noise or other disruptive activities. Between 22:00 and 08:00, it is particularly important to keep noise levels down.

Remember that as a tenant, you are also responsible for your visitors.

Please remember to

• show extra consideration between 22:00 and 08:00
• let your neighbours know in advance if you are having a party
• leave the laundry room as you would like to find it
• follow the parking rules in the area
• not smoke in common areas.

If you are disturbed by a neighbour

If a neighbour is disturbing you, it is a good idea to speak to them first, if you feel safe doing so.

If the disturbance continues, you can report it to us. Outside our opening hours, contact our combined on-call service. During our opening hours, contact your caretaker.

You cannot report a disturbance anonymously, but we will not disclose your name to the tenant concerned.

If the on-call service responds to a call and confirms a disturbance, the tenant responsible for the disturbance will be charged for the call-out.

A tenant who repeatedly disturbs others and does not comply with warnings risks having their tenancy agreement terminated.
