For extra security in your home

It is important to have valid home insurance throughout your tenancy with us. If you are registered with your Swedish personal identity number when you sign your tenancy agreement, you will automatically receive free home insurance from Trygg-Hansa, which is valid for two months.

After the two months, you will receive an offer to continue your home insurance with Trygg-Hansa. You can, of course, choose to take out home insurance with another insurance company.

Home insurance can provide financial protection in the event of, for example, burglary, damage, flooding or fire.
