Regular key collection the day your rental agreement starts

You can pick up your keys to your home from 14.00 the day your rental agreement starts (1st or 16th of each month). If this falls on a weekend or public holiday, you can collect your keys on the next working day.

If you do not collect your keys on the move-in day, or if you need to pick up your keys after moving in, this is done at Customer Service at Körsbärsvägen 2. See Customer service opening hours here.

Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
