In apartments with kitchenettes there is a fridge and cooking facilities. There is either an oven or a microwave with grill function.
In apartments with kitchens there is a fridge/freezer and a stove with oven. All apartments are rented unfurnished.

Storage
Storage is available for all properties except those with apartment numbers 1155-1166, 1274-1285, 1374-1385, 1474-1485, 1574-1585, 1674-1685, 1774-1785. The apartments on floors 1 and 2 will not have access to any storage units during 2025.

Yes, elevator is available.

Tenants’ association
Communal function rooms such as gym and assembly room are available. The local tenants’ association is responsible for these premises.

Household electricity as well as heating of the apartment and water are included in the rent. A broadband fee is added to the rent invoice. The property is connected to district heating and has water-based heating. The building was completed in 1968 and acquired by Stockholms studentbostäder in 1996. The property has seven residential storeys and an eighth storey with storage rooms for apartments.
