Keys to you home
You can collect your keys at your housing office on the start date of your rental agreement between 14:00 and 16:30. Unfortunately, keys cannot be collected before your rental agreement has started. If your contract start date falls on a weekend or public holiday, your move-in day will be the next working day.
If you are unable to collect your keys on the move-in day, they will be available afterwards at Customer Service at Körsbärsvägen 2, during their opening hours.

Lost or damaged key
If you lose your key or key fob, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so it can be blocked. You are responsible for the keys and key fobs issued to you. If an iLoq key is lost or damaged, or if a lock cylinder needs to be reprogrammed because a key has been lost, the cost will be charged.
How to use your iLoq key
Insert the key fully into the cylinder and turn it. If the lock does not open, remove the key and try again at a slow and steady pace.
Keep the contact wire on the metal part of the key clean and smooth. If it becomes dirty, you can clean it with a soft cloth. If the contact wire is damaged, the key needs to be replaced.
