Apply for housing

When applying for available accommodations, make sure you have the needed documents before you start to book.

You can book up to three accommodations at the same time, but it is important that you only book accommodations that you really want. If you are the person with the highest number of credit days on more than one of your bookings you will only recieve one offer. It is the system that randomly sends out this offer, which means you cannot rank your bookings. If two people have the same number of credit days, the offer is sent to the person who first registered in our queue.

You may only decline an offer once. If you decline an offer a second time, your credit days will be deleted. Please note that if you do not respond at all to the offer, if you accept the offer but do not complete the contract signing process, or if we cannot approve and sign your tenancy agreement, this will also count as if you have declined the offer.
