Important information for our new construction at Simrishamnsvägen & Understensvägen
It is individual hot water measurement.
This means that you pay a flat rate every month and then there will be a deduction against your actual consumption.
The first flat rate will be about SEK 115 for 1 room & kitchen and SEK 230 for 2 rooms & kitchen.

Non-smoking in all homes and common areas.

You can book a maximum of three accommodations during each publication period.
