      Conditions for our housing

To live in our accommodations you need to be registered as a Student Union member on My pages and study and complete at least half-speed every semester at a school in Stockholm affiliated with SSCO. Checking this takes place when you sign a rental agreement, during the tenancy review and at random checks.

The regulations that we at Stockholms studentbostäder comply with are SSCO’s Instruction regarding the student housing waiting-list and student housing tenure.

You have at least two months termination period on our rental agreements.

You can live for a maximum of six years in your student accommodation.

To register in our student housing queue, you need to have turned at least 17 years and a maximum of 50 years during the current year.
