The tenancy review that starts during spring
To be able to live in our student housing, you need to meet our housing conditions every semester. Therefore, we perform a tenancy review to ensure that it is students who live in our homes.
Who is included in the tenancy review?
When you have lived for about six months, you are in your first tenancy review. The spring tenancy review usually begins in April. We also perform random checks in addition to the regular tenancy review period. This means that you must always be able to show that you meet our living conditions – regardless of when you moved in.
How do I see what status I have?
We do one check in Ladok. It shows if you have received 15 credits or not reported. We therefore do not have access to Ladok’s register and cannot see the exact number of credits reported.
You log on to My pages to see your status. You can have one of the following:
Tenancy review approved
You do not need to upload any certificates.
Lack of study result
You need to upload your transcript of records from Ladok which shows that you have received at least 15 credits reported between September 16 – February 15.
Lack of study results and Student Union membership
You need to upload your transcript of records from Ladok which shows that you have received at least 15 credits reported between September 16 – February 15. Your Student Union membership for the spring semester needs to be registered on My pages.
Lack of Student Union membership
Your Student Union membership for the spring semester needs to be registered on My pages.
You need to upload additional certificates. We will notify which certificates in your inbox on My pages and your registered e-mail address.
What happens after the tenancy review period?
We will close the tenancy review and the opportunity to upload certificates on My pages. A termination letter will then be sent to everyone who did not have status Tenancy review approved.
Tenancy review not approved
If you have not received an approved tenancy review, you will be receive the status Tenancy review not approved. We will send you a notice of termination. In order for us to be able to withdraw the termination, in addition to the certificates requested during the tenancy review, you also need to e-mail your certificates showing that you have passed at least 15 credits during the spring semester.
If you do not send in the requested certificates, you need to move out by the end of August.
