New construction stage 2

We are starting the construction of 182 new homes

We are now starting phase 2, a new slatted house with 182 student apartments, on Campus Lappis. The new apartments shall according to plan be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2023.

In total, we are building 800 new student accommodations on Campus Lappis. The first stage with four point houses is ready and students have moved in and it’s now time to start with phase 2. The new slatted house will be placed beside the new houses at Professorsslingan 51 and 53.

As always when building new houses there will be work that causes noise for a period of time. We will make an effort to minimize disruption as best we can. Noisy work will take place during the day.

Schedule

• April – September 2021: Planning
• June – December 2021: Ground work
Disruption work will occur. To disturb as little as possible, we will carry out blasting work at fixed times, which we will inform about in advance. Spontaneous work will take place during the day. Machines and transports can cause noise.
• November 2021 – June 2022: Frame assembly
Disruption work will occur during crane assembly, unloading and transport, cutting and sawing of concrete structures .
• May – June 2022: Roofing work
Some interference may occur
• May – October 2022: Facade work
Some interference may occur
• August – December 2022: Frame completion
Minor disturbances may occur
• September 2022 – April 2023: Fine Planning
Some disruption from machinery and other transportation will occur.
• June – July 2023: Final inspection followed by studens moving in.
