400 new student housing is planned

Jerum is located in Gärdet district with proximity to large nature and hilly areas, but you are also close to Östermalm and Stockholm city. Here we are planning for about 400 new student housing and are currently in the detailed planning work.

At this time we don’t have a construction start.
Construction will be quite extensive so tenants will not be able to live in their house during construction.

When you sign a rental agreement with us, you have security of tenure, which means that if you were to stay with us and we would rebuild and you in the meantime cannot live in the home, we are obliged to offer you a new equivalent accommodation.
