2000 new student housing

Most of our newly manufactured homes are planned on their own land. We aim to produce 200-300 homes per year. First out was our new house at Strix in Solna, which was completed with moving in January 2018. Next in turn is our new construction at Lappkärrsberget where in the autumn of 2018 we will start the construction of 800 new homes.

In Björkhagen we have started on planning and building permits for 166 new student housing. In our existing areas of Jerum (about 400 homes), Fyrtalet (about 100 homes) and Forum (about 80 homes) we are in the planning phase for development.
