Disturbances
If you need to report a disturbance in the evenings, weekends or public holidays after 10 pm, you can call our combined on-call service on phone 08-458 10 00 and press 2. You will then get transfered to our partner Tempest. In the event of disturbances during office hours, contact your House Caretaker.
If you live in one of the homes at Tantogatan or Fyrverkarbacken that we rent from another landlord, check the noticeboard in your stairwell for contact information for their on-call service.
Faults at home
If you need urgent help when our House Caretaker’s offices have closed, please contact our combined on-call service on phone 08–458 10 00 and press 1. You will then get transfered to our partner Skadeservice. This can be, for example, a water leak, a blockage in the toilet, faults related to the elevator or electrical faults in your home or building.
It is important that you provide accurate information when contacing them. If the emergency call was unjustified or if you are not at home when they arrive, you may be liable for payment for the call.
Faults that are not urgent, you can easily report on My Pages. Your House Caretaker will then contact you to correct the fault.
