Our House Caretakers helps with your home

Each of our properties has at least one designated caretaker based at one of our six caretaker offices. Our caretakers are available on weekdays to help with matters related to your student home and the property you live in. They handle fault reports and repairs both indoors and outdoors. They also inspect your home before you move out.

You can find the contact details for your caretaker on the My Pages homepage. The information will be available from the first day of your tenancy agreement.

Fault reports

If you discover a fault that you cannot fix yourself, submit a fault report on My Pages.

Evenings and weekends

If you need urgent help with a fault or disturbance outside our opening hours, you can contact our combined on-call service.
