SSSB rents several apartments from the housing associations Lysbomben and Silvieberg, which we sublet as student housing. The buildings are located by the waterfront in the Kungsholmen district of central Stockholm.
We do not own these apartments but rent them, which means that it is the property owner who is responsible for repairs and maintenance, not Stockholms Studentbostäder.

- There are no individual storage spaces for apartments at Fyrverkarbacken 23-25.

Marieberg consists of two housing associations, Lysbomben (Fyrverkarbacken 23 and 25) and Silvieberg (Fyrverkarbacken 30–40), where SSSB rents several apartments which we then sublet as student housing. The buildings are older, and the condition of the apartments may vary.

Tenants are responsible to install their own fire detectors.
Equipment in kitchenettes
In apartments with kitchenettes there is a fridge and cooking facilities. Oven or microwave are available in some apartments.
Please note that there are aparatments without cooking facilities.

Heating and heating of water is included in the rent. Electricity and broadband is no included.
