Use our outdoor gym

Work out whenever it suits you at one of our outdoor gyms. The gyms are free and open 24 hours a day. You can work out on your own or with others and combine your walk or run with some strength training. Signs by the equipment provide tips on different exercises.

Lappkärrsberget

The outdoor gym is located on the grass between Amanuensvägen 1–4 and Forskarbacken 4–8.

Lappkärrsberget is located on Norra Djurgården, close to Stockholm University.

Strix

The outdoor gym is located between Armégatan 32 A and 32 C.

Strix is located by Västra skogen in Solna, close to our Pax area.

Kungshamra

The outdoor gym in Kungshamra is an Omnigym that we rent. It is located outside Kungshamra 13 C.

Kungshamra is located in Solna, close to Ulriksdal Palace.
