If you are a student and want to rent a communal room in your property, you need to contact your local tenants’ association.
Our parking spaces
Stockholms studentbostäder has approximately 600 parking spaces, of which approximately 230 are garage spaces and the rest are outdoor spaces. All parking spaces are located close to our homes, but you do not need to be a tenant with us to rent a parking space.
