Renovation at Fyrverkarbacken 23 and 25

Brf. Lysbomben will undergo pipe renovation and renovation of apartments during the period August 14 2023 – July 5 2024, which means a new bathroom and kitchen as well as repainting and laying new floors. This is extensive work that will affect your housing situation.
How will you be affected?
The renovation will begin in the apartment’s left room, bathroom and kitchen. Once the left room is done, you will move everything over to that room so that renovation of the right room can begin.
There will be access to a kitchen in the basement arranged by the association. There will also be room available for storage. Contact the association if you have questions about it.
There are toilets, showers and kitchen that you can use at the laundry room at stairwells 25-27 and at the basement at stairwell 27. If you have questions, contact the association.
Residents of the property will receive a 50% reduced rent during the period when work is ongoing inside the apartment and will be paid after all renovations are done in the house. No additional reduction for disruptions will be given. After the workers’ implementation, the new basic rent will be SEK 5,525 (2023 rent level) per month, excluding broadband.
No evacuation will take place during ongoing renovations.
Agemo Bygg/Gaido Consulting will provide more information for each apartment if something unexpected happens that does not follow the set schedule.
