We are renovating at Apeln

We will be renovating the apartments at Apelbergsgatan 54/Drottninggatan 67. The project is tentatively set to start in the fall of 2025.

These apartments will be rented out until the work begins. If you live at one of these addresses, you will need to sign a waiver of the right to tenancy security upon signing the rental agreement. This means that you do not have the right to stay in the apartment after we have terminated the agreement. We always terminate a rental agreement with at least three months’ notice.

We are doing this because you will not be able to stay in the apartment during the renovation. If you want to continue living with us, you need to book a new apartment using your credit days.
