We are renovating at Jerum

We will renovate and convert the accommodations at Studentbacken 21-27. We will also make an extension to the houses so that they will be taller with more accommodations. Project start is preliminary set to start during 2027.

Studentbacken 21-27

These accommodations will be rented out until the work begins. If you live at one of these addresses, you will need to sign a waiver of security of tenure in connection with signing the rental agreement. This means that you don’t have the right to remain in the accommodation after we have terminated the agreement. We always terminate a rental agreement with at least three months’ notice.

We do this because you can’t stay in the accommodation when we start the renovation. If you want to stay with us, you need to book a new accommodation with your credit days.
