We are renovating at Kungshamra
We have started the renovation and replumbing of the apartments at Kungshamra 12-16. Preliminary moving-in date is November 2023.
Renovation of the yard will continue during apartment renovations and after moving in. Somethimes there will be limited access and disruptive work during the day.
Facade renovation is planned to begin at Kungshamra 21 in 2024 and is expected to last for a few months.
Renovation and replumbing of the apartments at Kungshamra 22-26 were finished the winter of 2022.
Yard renovation will take place in autumn 2022 until the summer 2023. Sometimes there will be limited access and disruptive work during the day.
We will also renovate and convert the accommodations at Kungshamra 51.
These accommodations will be rented out until the work begins. If you live at one of these addresses, you will need to sign a waiver of security of tenure in connection with signing the rental agreement. This means that you don’t have the right to remain in the accommodation after we have terminated the agreement. We always terminate a rental agreement with at least three months’ notice.
We do this because you can’t stay in the accommodation when we start the renovation. If you want to stay with us, you need to book a new accommodation with your credit days.
