Signing rental agreement at Kurland

When signing the rental agreement

Due to necessary renovations at Apeln, Lucidor, Hugin, and Munin, we may need to relocate residents to Kurland. For upcoming contract signings at Kammakargatan/Holländargatan, all new tenants will need to sign a waiver of the right to tenancy security upon signing the rental agreement. This means that once you have signed this document, you do not have the right to stay in the apartment after we have terminated the agreement.

We always terminate a rental agreement with at least three months’ notice. If you want to continue living with us, you need to book a new apartment using your credit days.
