Signing rental agreement at Kurland

When signing the rental agreement

Due to necessary renovations at Apeln and Lucidor, we may have to move tenants to Kurland. At future rental agreement signings on Kammakargatan/Holländargatan, all new tenants need to sign a waiver of security of tenure in connection with agreement signing. This means that you, who signed this document, do not have the right to stay in the home after we have terminated the agreement.

We always terminate a rental agreement with at least three months’ notice. If you want to stay with us, you need to book a new accommodation with your credit days.
