The rent for 2022 has now been decided

We are now finished with this year’s rental negotiations for 2022 and have together with the Stockholm student tenants’ Association (SSF) agreed that rents will increase by 2 percent from January 1, 2022.
For those of you with individual electricity, there will also be an increase from SEK 1.61/kWh to SEK 1.74/kWh. This means that the subscription amount will be approximately SEK 145/month for 1 room & kitchenette/kitchen and SEK 280/month for 2-4 rooms & kitchenette/kitchen.
The new monthly rent will be visible on the rental invoice for January 2022.
