How to report pests
Pests, often in the form of insects, are not altogether uncommon. They get into our homes often after an overseas trip or other journeys. If you discover pests in your home, you are obliged to immediately make a fault report. Your fault report is then sent directly to Anticimex for handling. If you have questions regarding your registration, please call Anticimex (pest control provider) customer service on 075-245 10 00. We will pay for your accommodation to be sanitized by Anticimex.
If you live in one of our sublet homes on Tantogatan or Fyrverkarbacken, check the noticeboard in your stairwell for contact information to the pest control company your landlord uses.
What you can do to prevent pests/vermin
- Do not take furniture from the bulky waste room into your home.
- After a trip abroad, make sure you wash and clean your clothes and bags thoroughly when you come home.
- Spring-clean your home twice a year.
