Community Cookbook

We are happy to finally share our self-produced cookbook with recipes prepared by our tenants! In 2021, all tenants had the chance to submit recipes to be included in the cookbook. We received a lot of different types of recipes. We selected 16 recipes from different parts of the world and now you can try them all. We have chosen to focus not only on the recipes but also each individual so you get a little insight into the person behind the recipe and their history. It gives the dish something extra, a connection to the person who created it.
