Looking for housing/Which accommodation suits me?/Apartment number and floor plan

      How are our properties marked?

We relate to Lantmäteriet’s regulations regarding numbering of apartment numbers and floor plans. Below you can read how they themselves explain what it looks like.

Note that some deviations may occur. For any deviations, see Our housing or at the time of publication.

The apartment number is four digits. The first two digits indicate which floor the home is on. The entrance level is set to 10. Even if a floor plan would be half a flight of stairs up from the entrance, it counts as the entrance level.

The floor above the entrance level is numbered 11, 12 etc. and below 09, 08 etc. The last two digits indicate the location of the home within the floor. When you reach a floor, for example 11, the numbering begins with 1101 at the home to the left of the stairs and continues clockwise. Do you want to know more about the numbering, see Lantmäteriet’s example of apartment numbering (in Swedish).
