Regular key collection on the day your rental agreement starts

You can pick up your keys to your accommodation from 14:00 the day your rental agreement starts (1st or 16th each month). If it occurs during a weekend or public holiday, you can pick them up the following weekday. If you cannot pick up your keys on this day, you need to contact your House Caretaker for an appointment.
