    During your stay with us

If something breaks down in your home, communal kitchen and areas or in your building, you report the fault on My pages. For questions regarding your home and premises, contact your House Caretaker. Contact details can be found on the front page when you log on to My pages.

If you have any questions regarding your rental agreement, you can read more information on My pages or contact Customer service.

    Maximum tenancy stay

You can live in our student housing for a maximum of six years in total. After that, it is time to hand over your accommodation to the next student. You can read more about the maximum tenancy stay on My pages.

Moving to another accommodation within SSSB

Of course, you can re-activate your place in the queue while you stay with us. If you would like to move to another accommodation you book as usual. If you receive an offer of accommodation you need to show the following documents in order for us to sign the contract:

If you have a Swedish personal identity number, but do not have a Swedish ID document, attach a copy of your passport together with a birth certificate (no older than three months) from the Swedish Tax Agency. If you do not have a Swedish personal identity number, attach a copy of your passport
    • A registration certificate corresponding to at least half the speed of an SSCO affiliated university. Alternatively, a letter of admission certificate – if you are going to study your first semester
    • A certificate with your study results. You must have gained at least 15 ECT (or the equivalent) per semester

If you move into a multi-room student apartment you need to show:

    • Your co-tenant needs to be registered on sssb.se, whether he or she is a student or not
    • A copy of a valid ID document (Swedish driver’s license, ID card or passport).
