Student Union membership
The system will search for your Student Union membership only after your current membership has expired. For example, your current Student Union membership expires on September 30, our system will search for your new membership on October 1. Keep yourself updated on My pages.
If your membership is not updated on My pages, please contact your Student Union.
Check that you have registered the same e-mail address and Swedish personal identity number with your Student Union as you have registered on My pages, as they must be identical. Your Student Union registers you in SSCO’s membership register, which we check every night.
- Make sure the e-mail address you registered with your Student Union is identical to the e-mail address that you entered on My pages. This is especially important if you are a student from another country than Sweden.
- If the problem still remains, please contact your Student Union and verify that you are indeed a registered Student Union member.
- Also check that your Student Union has registered you in SSCO’s register. Your Student Union registers you in SSCO’s membership register, which we check every night.
Your data at Stockholms studentbostäder is automatically checked regularly in SSCO’s register and the Student Union. By our nightly checkups we receive information if you are a Student Union member or not.
My place in the queue
If your Student Union membership has never been registered on My pages you need to log in to see which date you need to park your place in the queue. You will find this information in the blue box. After 60 days in our housing queue, a Park button is created. You need to park your queue within 30 days so as not to lose your credit days. Day 91 your credit days will be deleted.
If your Student Union membership has been registered on My pages, it will automatically be put on hold when your membership expires.
Once you have parked your place in the queue, it will not be reactivated until your Student Union membership is registered on My pages.
It can be on hold for a total of 36 months combined. After that time your credit days will be deleted and you will lose your place in the queue.
It is free to be registered in our queue, but in order to collect credit days you need to be a member of a Student Union affiliated with SSCO. You can find all Student Unions here.
This means that you currently cannot collect more credit days, but you will keep the credit days you have collected so far. As soon as your Student Union membership is registered on My pages, your place in the queue will be reactivated and you will continue to collect credit days.
Yes, log in to My pages and register your place in our queue.
