Facade, Roof, and Terrace Renovation

Renovation work on Löjtnantsgatan will begin in week 4. The project includes facade renovation, window covering, and work on the roof and terraces. Scaffolding will be installed around the building, which may result in visibility, noise, and limited access.

What you need to know
• Move bicycles from the facade to the street side.
• Terraces must be cleared by February 17, after which the doors will be sealed.
• Keep windows closed during the construction period.

The work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is expected to be completed by week 31.
