If you need to visit your House Caretaker’s office, you must make an appointment with your House Caretaker in advance. You can do that by sending an email to Jerum here. Please include your name, address, and apartment number to be able to get help more easily.

Regular key collection on the day your rental agreement starts

You can pick up your keys to your accommodation from 14:00 the day your rental agreement starts (1st or 16th each month). If it occurs during a weekend or public holiday, you can pick them up the following weekday. If you cannot pick up your keys on this day, you can collect the keys from Customer service, at Körsbärsvägen 2, during their opening hours.
