Documents you need when signing

Are you able to show us that you study at least half-time at a higher education institute in Stockholm and are you a member in a Student Union associated with SSCO? If you receive an offer of accommodation you will need to upload documents confirming this.

We don’t approve summer courses when signing rental agreements.

For rental agreements with moving in from August 1, you need to show that you are studying a program that will continue during the autumn of 2022. If you are studying independent courses, you need to wait for the autumn letter of admissions before you can book an accommodation.

Please note! If you choose to book this accommodation without being able to show the correct certificates while signing, it might result in losing your credit days because you do not meet the criteria for signing a rental agreement.

You can apply for accommodation after you have received a letter of acceptance from a higher education institution in Stockholm whose Student Union is associated with the SSCO. Once the semester has started, you need to become a registered Student Union member on My pages and show your certificate of registration. Your letter of acceptance will no longer apply as a valid certificate.
