50 new student housing is planned

Next to Hammarbyhemmet in charming Hammarbyhöjden just south of Södermalm, one of many southern suburbs that grew up in the 1950s and 60s with low-rise buildings and plenty of green spaces, Stockholms studentbostäder plans about 50 new apartments for students. The area has a good location near the Skärmarbrink subway station.

At the moment, local planning work is in progress for the new homes.
