We are renovating at Kungshamra
We will be renovating and refurbishing some of our properties at Kungshamra. Until the renovation begins, we are renting out the apartments with special conditions.
Below is more information regarding the affected addresses.
Kungshamra 51 and Kungshamra 32-36
These apartments will be rented out until the work begins with a fixed-term contract. You can only stay in the apartment until the contract’s end date.
Upon signing the contract, you will need to sign a waiver of the right to tenancy security. This means that you do not have the right to stay in the apartment after we have terminated the contract. We always terminate a rental agreement with at least three months’ notice.
We are doing this because you will not be able to stay in the apartment during the renovation. If you want to continue living with us, you need to book a new apartment using your queue days.
If you already live with us and do not have a fixed-term rental agreement, you will receive more information on how this will affect you before the work starts.
Schedule
The project start is tentatively March 2025 for Kungshamra 51.
The project start is tentatively April 2025 for Kungshamra 32-36.
Kungshamra 31, Kungshamra 41, Kungshamra 42-46
These apartments will be rented out until the work begins. Upon signing the contract, you will need to sign a waiver of the right to tenancy security. Kungshamra 47 and 48
If you move into a two-bedroom apartment at these addresses, you will need to sign a waiver of the right to tenancy security upon signing the contract. This means that you do not have the right to stay in the apartment after we have terminated the contract. We always terminate a rental agreement with at least three months’ notice.
If you want to continue living with us, you need to book a new apartment using your queue days.
The reason for this is that we may need the two-bedroom apartments as replacement apartments due to the renovation at Kungshamra 32-36 and Kungshamra 42-46.
