This is how you will be affected by this year’s rent negotiations
After negotiations with the Stockholm Student Tenants’ Association (SSF), the general increase for the annual rent will be 4.75% from February 1, 2023.
For those who live in one of our most recently built homes, the increase will be 3.0%. It applies to the following addresses:
Armégatan 32 B + C
Maltgatan 4-12, Hammarby Allé 78
Professorsslingan 10
Professorsslingan 47-53
Simrishamnsvägen 15, Understensvägen 10 & 20
For those who have individual electricity, stated as “El Schablon” on your rental agreement, the rent increase will be 3.2%.
The above increase applies from February 1, 2023 and will appear on the rental invoice for April.
Retroactive increase
As the rent negotiations apply from February 1, you will also pay retroactively for previous months. For 1-4 rooms & kitchen/kitchenette, the retroactive increase for February and March is distributed over April, May and June’s invoices. For rooms in corridors, the retroactive increase for February and March is distributed over the April and May invoices.
Water heating measurement
Hot water template fee 1 room & kitchen/kitchenette is increased to SEK 120/month
Hot water template fee 2-4 rooms & kitchen/kitchenette is increased to SEK 239/month
The increase applies from January 1, 2023 and will be on the invoice for April. The retroactive increase for January-March will also be on your invoice for April.
Increases already implemented after negotiation
The increases below are implemented and can be seen on the rent notice for March. They apply retroactively from 2023-01-01.
Finished increases
Furniture fee is increased to SEK 95/month
Electricity fee 1 room & kitchen/kitchenette is increased to SEK 190/month
Electricity fee 2 rooms & kitchen/kitchenette is increased to SEK 370/month
