Rent negotiations for 2024 finished

Every year we negotiate the rents with the Stockholm Student Tenants’ Association (SSF).

This is how you will be affected by this year’s rent negotiations

Together with SSF we have done an agreement that the general increase for the annual rent will be 5,5 percent from April 1, 2024.

For those who live in one of our most recently built homes, the increase will be 4,85 percent. It applies to the following addresses:

• Professorsslingan 47-67
• Armégatan 32 B och C
• Understensvägen 10 och 20
• Simrishamnsvägen 15

For those who have individual electricity, stated as “El Schablon” on your rental agreement, the rent increase will be 4,7 percent.

Increase of the electricity template fee

The electricity template fee will increase to :

• 233 SEK for 1 room and kitchen/kitchenette
• 454 SEK for 2 room and kitchen/kitchenette and bigger rooms

The increase of the electricity template fee is valid from Januari 1.

Increase of hot water template fee

The hot water template fee will increase to:

• 160 SEK for 1 room and kitchen/kitchenette
• 316 SEK for 2 room and kitchen/kitchenette and bigger rooms

The increase of the electricity template fee is valid from Januari 1.

Retroactive increase

As the rent negotiations apply from April 1, and you already have paid the invoice for April you need to pay the increase for April retroactive. The retroactive fee will be is distributed on the invoice for May with due date 2024-04-30.

The increase for hot water and electricity template fee is valis from Januari 1. Therefore, you will have to pay the increase for January-April retroactive on invoice for May with due date 2024-04-30.

Rent increases already implemented

If you live at Kungshamra 12–16 or Kungshamra 21, your rent has already been adjusted from January 1, 2024, according to the terms of your contract. Therefore, you are not subject to this general increase.
