Feel free to use our outdoor gym

Work out when it suits you at one of our outdoor gyms, which are free and open 24 hours a day. Complete your walk or run with some strength. Work out alone or in a group. There are signs posted on all the equipment for tips on exercises you can do.

Lappis

The gym is located on the grass between Amanuensvägen 1-4 and
Forskarbacken 4-8.
Lappis is located on Norra Djurgården near Stockholm University.

Strix

The gym is located between Armégatan 32 A and 32 C.
Strix is located by Västra skogen in Solna and our area Pax is in close proximity.

Kungshamra

The gym in Kungshamra is an Omnigym that we rent and is located outside Kungshamra 13 C. Kungshamra is located near Ulriksdal Palace in Solna.
